You land at MCO with the children, the bags and the stroller, and the one thing you cannot arrange from a rideshare app is the thing you need most. Car seats and boosters — free, fitted before we arrive. We carry rear-facing infant, forward-facing child, or backless booster, and your driver is inside the terminal holding a sign with your name on it.

Car seats are free and fitted before we arrive — up to 3 in our Expedition and Suburban.
Car seats are available in the van too — tell us your children's ages when you book.

Seats are wiped down between rides, and we check the expiry date.
A child in a car seat takes one seat, the same as an adult. So a family of two adults and two children in car seats counts as four guests.
Landing at MCO with children in tow
Your driver waits for you inside the terminal at baggage claim, holding a name sign — no wandering the pickup lanes or coordinating by phone with a toddler on your hip. For Terminal C arrivals, we meet you at the designated meet-and-greet area.
Someone here texts you your driver's name, photo and plate before you've cleared baggage claim. On pickup day your driver texts you when they set off for the airport, so you can reach them directly. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free wait time — and it starts when you land, not when you were due.
Room for everyone and everything
A Premium SUV takes 6 large checked bags with up to 4 guests, or 4 with up to 6. A Transit van takes 10 with up to 10 guests, or 8 with up to 12. More seats filled means fewer bags — both figures are true of the same vehicle, which is why we ask for your guest and suitcase count rather than guessing.

If the flight moves
We monitor your flight. If your flight moves, we move your pickup. A person checks it against the airline. Nothing moves on its own. Close to pickup, call us rather than wait for us to spot it — a change in the last few hours reaches us fastest from you.
